Activity: Create Go Forward Plan |
|
 |
This is the project close statement |
|
Purpose
-
-
The Go Forward Plan is a Project Close statement. It is
not a legally binding document or contract. It is a formal understanding between Cognos and the customer on where
the customer is, where it needs to go and how to get there.
-
The report contains two elements:
-
Review: It summarizes achievements during the
project lifecycle against the Project Success Plan, incorporating any approved changes, lists variances and
makes recommendations on further actions.
-
-
Forward Assessment: It considers future project
related opportunities and scope developments, and again, makes recommendations on future actions.
